The thrill of victory, the agony of the hands.

All the stripes are pieced together, ends weaved in. The border has been picked up and knitted (one border did twice since I wasn’t happy with how it looked.) All the ends are weaved in and the Blanket is now in the washing machine.
Next, block and iron and packaging. I’m so relieved to finish on time. Now, I’ll have the chance to run some errands tomorrow before flying on Friday.
The only down side, given my recent craze of knitting/typing/working etc. My hands are killing me to no end. It’ll be the first time I travel without any knitting or stitching. I’m packing some favorite magazines and a lot of aleve. Was thinking of packing the computer, but my hands are begging me not to.
