- Occasion:
- Baby Charlie is born!
- Notes and Modifications:
- I made quite a few modifications from the pattern for this one. First of all, I didn’t continue the cable rib pattern past the heel. Again, the recipient is a baby boy and I didn’t want to make socks that were too fussy. So, a little fun cable rib pattern and a regular looking foot. Made the foot a little longer than called for. Over all, this is a very easy and quick pattern to make. Now that I’ve made all 3 of the free patterns in this set. I think my favorite is the chevron lace. I’ll definitely consider making any of these boots again.
