So, been tagged in the “8 Things Meme” by craftlover.

This will be difficult, but I’ll try:

1. I have “transportation narcolepsy” . [via] Unless I have to navigate, I have trouble staying awake on any moving vehicle when I’m in the sitting position.
2. My stomach area is very sensitive to the cold. Sometimes walking by the freezer section would put me into a foul mood. I’m dying to make a knitted version of the haramaki. It’s perfect for someone like me.
3. I’m not sure why that is but people are often very surprised that I cook. I don’t love to cook but I’m a very good cook. Mostly stews and anything that requires a lot of love and a lot of time. I believe in getting a lot of cooking time and food for the amount of prep time. It helps that while things are cooking, I’m stitching and knitting.
4. While I’ve had my driving license now for nearly half my life, I don’t drive.
5. I cry at a drop of a hat. Anything remotely touching on tv, radio, book, email etc. will cause me to well up and cry. I can cry in comedy movies in a touching scene. Anyone who’s watched tv or a movie with me can attest. It’s rather comedic actually, but I can’t help myself.
6. I lived between age 10 to age 18 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
7. My favorite exercises are all solo: weights, pilates…I’m finally trying to get back into the gym.
8. I love Kiehls lipbalm. I have one in every coat and bag.
