This is my collection for the contest being held over at “Life with…” blog. (Contests ends today.)
Anyone who’s known me for a while or have been over at my place has seen the collection of sheep. This display is only part of the collection.
I have more, but don’t have room to display them. As you can see, it’s already moved to another shelf. (And please, no more sheep gifts, I’m out of room and have to try my best to weed the collection.) And since I know people always ask about it, the big sheep are in plastic bags since I didn’t want them to get too dirty, as the display is next to the kitchen and our kitchen fan isn’t very strong. I’m afraid they would get oily dirty. Yes, this is very old school Chinese of me, but I can’t help myself.
I’ve collected a lot of things in my life. I do love to collect. Stash definitely is one of them. Including a stash of sheep cross stitch patterns. When I was young, I had a collection of business cards, then comic books, etc. Even have a collection of used (by myself) metrocards from the MTA. For the life of me I have no idea where that is now. Right now, I’m working on not picking up any new collections.
And yes, I’m still knitting, but just about everything I’ve been making the last while has been gifts. I’m hard pressed to find something to show, but there is one thing. More on that in a bit.

They are cute. I wouldn’t want to get them dirty either.
heehee… I remember when I bought those big sheep in the Montreal dept store… I got a lot of smiles walking them over to the cash.
