The problem with deliveries in the winter, while it’s snowing outside, is that no matter how nice the delivery guys are, how quickly things are done, that clean up takes forever.
The new range/oven got delivered today and I had to tackle cleaning the floors in the foyer, kitchen and the carpet in between due to all the tracked in dirt and snow and slush. I read the manual and did a little cleaning of oven parts while I waited for the Zorb cleaners to work on the carpet.
Well, it’s here now and I just love it. I hope it operates well but so far, everything is very intuitive and it looks great in the kitchen. At least I think it does 
We got it on the boxing day sale at Lowes and would have gotten it on Wednesday except for the snow storm delaying the delivery. I’m glad it came today so that I had the time to clean and etc.
We didn’t have any brands we wanted in mind but had a budget and a set of features we’d like to have. G wanted hidden oven elements, I wanted a flat cook top and we both wanted a big oven and we got it all. And due to Lowes price matching policy we actually could afford it. Timing was good.
The question now is what will we first cook on it. I just love the nice looking dials.
